4. Warranty and Support

• Hardware: Warranty on hardware (laptops, cameras, etc.) is strictly provided by the original manufacturer. We act as an intermediary for warranty claims but are not responsible for the manufacturer’s final decision regarding repairs or replacements.

7. Intellectual Property

All technical designs, network configurations, or software solutions implemented by us remain the property of the respective software vendors or hardware manufacturers.

8. Dispute Resolution
